Ask Averie may record calls for the purpose of transcribing details and improving service quality. It is your responsibility to notify your callers that calls may be recorded, in compliance with your local jurisdiction's laws.
Ask Averie is an automated service. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, or lost business revenue resulting from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
